Please note

  • You will need administrative permissions to install Drag & Tag.
  • Drag&Tag supports Internet Explorer versions 7, 8 and 9.
  • Drag&Tag supports Microsoft Office versions 2000-2010.
  • Drag&Tag requires the .NET framework 3.5.
  • Drag&Tag is available as an MSI and can be installed via group policy
  • For commom browser installation issues see this document
  • Drag&Tag supports both 32bit and 64bit operating systems and supports Citrix and Terminal Server environments
  • Following installation you will need to restart your browser or Office applications and re-open to start using Drag & Tag
  • If you experience any issues we suggest that you uninstall any previously installed version via Add/Remove programs in your Control Panel

Installation instructions

1. Give permission to install

Click 'Run' when any security messages appear.

 

2. Install Pre-requisites

The installation will install any Microsoft components required by Drag&Tag. Please follow the separate installation wizrds when prompted and the Drag&Tag installation will continue.

3. Follow the Drag&ag Setup Wizard

The Drag&Tag Setup Wizard will appear and guide you through the rest of the installation.

If you do not see the toolbar please check common issues in this document

 

4. Log in to Drag&Tag

After the installation has finished, open your browser and the Drag&Tag login screen should be displayed on the left hand side. Note that your browser may open slowly the first time following installation. If you have any issues see the help page

Sign in using the email address you registered with and your passcode

 

5. Start using Drag&Tag!

Once logged in, you are now ready to start using Drag&Tag.
